Next Issue, a joint venture formed by five US publishers — Condé Nast, Hearst, Meredith, News Corp. and Time Inc. — has just launched
the Next Issue app for getting magazine subscriptions on the Apple iPad.
Using its Facebook Connect feature, readers who download the free
Next Issue App and sign into the app through their Facebook accounts will be given the chance to sample various titles before buying the issue or subscribing.
A release from the company today announced, «We are absolutely thrilled to announce you now get unlimited access to over 100 digital magazines available on
the Next Issue app — 101 to be exact.

That unassuming iBooks
app on your iPhone takes up
next to nothing, but if you've used it to pack your device with interactive books, you could eventually have storage
issues.
Up until now the
Next Issue Canada
app was only available for Android Tablets and now it is being made available for some Android smartphones.
The company is interested in making the
app work better and add amazing features for truly
next gen hardware than worrying about compatibility
issues.
