These are lightweight, airy wool, loose and stretchy - a
nice weight for moderately warm spring / fall weather when you still want pants on your baby;) The cut is wonderful, the stretchy high waist, long cuffs and ample room mean that they fit for a long, long time
without bulk and even the biggest cloth bum is no sweat (they are, however, no kind of diaper cover!).
Sure, you can burn that off with my 30 - Day Challenge or any one of my premium workout plans — but wouldn't it be

I have been losing
weight while changing my eating habits and lifting
weights ~ The
weight lifting has not been anything hard core at all, lol, but i have definitely gotten more toned
without the cardio ~ I used to speed walk 3 - 4 times a week when the weather was
nice, and before I started using the
weights that was all that I did besides some regular excersizes that I have been doing for years, and I have to say that compared to the speed walking, the strength training definitely has made much more of a difference on my body:)
Slow
weights just sounded like a
nice title for an article that describes how people can perform strength training efficiently and safely, mimicking a natural «paleo» workout, but
without chopping wood or moving large stones.
Of course with
nice food and praticing exercises, we can lose

They have a
nice weight to them, and they are fitted

You can definitely tell that their products are super luxurious though - each frosted glass jar has a
