for this smoothie, but I don't like their larger
blender (it leaves huge chunks).

Hi Arianne, I'm not familiar with the
ninja blender but I just had a look at it online and I'm sure you could use it
for the lemon filling.
My old
Ninja blender isn't quite doing it
for me anymore and would love to upgrade to a Vitamix.
However I recommend you to check BlenderVersus.com to find the best
blenders available in the market and you could check discussion about Vitamix vs
Ninja on that website
for more references.

for at least 3 hours if you don't have a powerful Vitamix,
