None of them add sugar or anything high carb and they are perfect over fish, chicken, beef, salads or vegetables.
But in my (slightly biased) opinion, you can get an organic plant protein powder with probiotics and
none of the added sugars, fillers, gums, and «flavors» for the same price.
It is reminiscent of the Italian dessert tiramisu, but has extra chocolate and
none of the added sugar.

Well, except that I only have medium eggs and extra-large eggs, so I used one
of each... and I only had 85 % cacao dark chocolate, no bittersweet, so I shorted the
sugar a couple
of tablespoons... and I
added a quarter teaspoon
of cinnamon and a quarter teaspoon
of instant coffee powder...
none of which I would have expected to have this effect:
For example, I don't think I could eat rhubarb or cranberries without

add up very quickly.
It has
none of the

of superfoods and extra nutrients, but at least you know it's free
of harmful things like refined
sugar and hidden salt.
So, I guess you can
add sugar to your ever increasing list
of nutrition facts that you'd want to see very little (or
none)
of on your food labels.
