Do i have to use soya
milk or can
normal milk be used?
I changed it a little bit cause I didn't have all the products - I used corn flour, honey and stevia also just
normal milk, because I'm on a sugar and gluten free «diet» from 8 months now.
I made them with
normal milk rather than almond
milk and apple juice as I'm low - carb rather than paleo, and I found they didn't need any other sweetener.
I subsituted
normal erythritol with a small amount of vanilla paste for the vanilla sugar since I didn't have any, and I used So delicious coconut
milk instead of almond
milk (I usually
do in all recipes and it doesn't make a difference) I substituted arrowroot starch for corn starch, which also usually
does not make a difference.
I also liked the flavor of this variety, it's super creamy, has the same calories as my
normal almond
milk and I didn't even miss the vanilla flavor.
I know a woman locally who had a son with a cleft lip and pumped for him exclusively for over a year... I don't know that I would have been able to
do that and I commend the moms who so clearly go above and beyond what the reasonable expectations of «
normal» are to try to provide their babies with human
milk.
It's very
