about control with religion and it has to stop.Gay people getting married doesn't have anything to do with straight people getting married.People are so full of hatred and disrespect it isn't funny.I'm glad this has come out now, because it really shows how evil people really are.But these people who are so into GOD, the Bible, Church, and the only way of
life they
live 4 god, by god are the 1s who prmote going around the world starting WARS, killing innocent women, men, children and families because Jesus guides them in
everything they do.That is a crock of B.S. if I ever heard it.They will continus to use GOD and continue their EVIL ways to get whatever they want and CONTROL who ever they can.

everything maybe broaden your horizon and try church or read the bible and give God a chance.
This guy is, in essence, asserting that at that time no one knew anything

life is
not about tolerance... but truth... The Bible is quite specific

Jeremy Myers, i think you are wrong and David is right, so many out there are preaching you can
live any way you want and be right that Grace covers any sin, they really believe that, that is
not what the bible says, God was very concerned
about sin so much he sent Jesus his son to die on a cross for us, if we accept Jesus as our savor then we are to obey his commandments,
not break them, we are to
live a righteous and holy
life as possible, the bible plainly list a whole list of things if we
live in will
not to to heaven unless we repent, if we die while in these sins, we will
not go to heaven, what is the difference, between someone who said a prayer and someone who did
not, and they are
living the same way, none, i think, if we are truly saved it should be hard to do these things let alone
live and do them everyday, i would be afraid to tell people that it does
not matte grace covers their sins, i really think it is the slip ups that we are convicted of by the Holy Spirit and we ask for forgivness, how can anyones heart be right with God and they have sex all the time out of marriage, lie, break every commandment of God, i don't think this is meaning grace covers those sins, until they repent and ask for forgiveness, a lot of people will end up in hell because preachers teach Grace the wrong way,, and those preachers will answer to God for leading these people the wrong way,
not saying you are one of them, but be careful,
everything we teach or preach must line up with the word of God, God hates sin,

And, oh, when the hour - glass has run out, the hourglass of time, when the noise of worldliness is silenced, and the restless or the ineffectual busyness comes to an end, when
everything is still
about thee as it is in eternity — whether thou wast man or woman, rich or poor, dependent or independent, fortunate or unfortunate, whether thou didst bear the splendor of the crown in a lofty station, or didst bear only the labor and heat of the day in an inconspicuous lot; whether thy name shall be remembered as long as the world stands (and so was remembered as long as the world stood), or without a name thou didst cohere as nameless with the countless multitude; whether the glory which surrounded thee surpassed all human description, or the judgment passed upon thee was the most severe and dishonoring human judgement can pass — eternity asks of thee and of every individual among these million millions only one question, whether thou hast
lived in despair or
not, whether thou wast in despair in such a way that thou didst
not know thou wast in despair, or in such a way that thou didst hiddenly carry this sickness in thine inward parts as thy gnawing secret, carry it under thy heart as the fruit of a sinful love, or in such a way that thou, a horror to others, didst rave in despair.

I tried to become an atheist, but it didn't work... When I read the Bible, it's just full of
life and challenges... Much better than being an atheist... Maybe you think you're enjoying your
life because you're young... But sooner or later... There will come a time when you stop and think
about life and what's really behind
everything else you see and feel around you... God bless us all...
His more feckless relatives who've blown their fortunes are at least more
about enjoying
life, and they appreciate paradise for what it is — which ain't
everything, of course.
Another preacher preaching what ever goes is ok with Christianity... If your going to preach Christianity based on the Bible, then you might as well forget gay marriages are ok... If you want to twist it around then thats up to you... Paul said, «The Berens were of noble charachter because they didn't believe what they heard, but they took what they heard and confirmed it with the Bible... So its like the Yen or Yang... Its either Gods church or Satans Church... Can't be any other way... Do I hate gays, no... I have some very close friends that I have had for over 30 years that are gay, but I think they will be accountable for their
life styles... Thats the thing
about Christianity, we are held accountable, its
not an
everything goes belief... Its rules we have to follow... And rules we will be held accountable... So maybe this preacher needs to start a dfferent faith or religion... One where there are no rules and where its people are
not accountable for their actions...

If the bible were right
about everything, then pain and suffering in this
life would
not matter.
but thats
not what i'm talking
about... i am discussing the god you claim to worship... even if you believe jesus was god on earth it doesn't matter for if you take what he had to say as law then you should take with equal fervor words and commands given from god itself... it stands as logical to do this and i am confused since most only do what jesus said... the dude was only here for 30 years and god has been here for the whole time — he has added, taken away, and revised
everything he has set previous to jesus and after his death... thru the prophets — i base my argument on the book itself, so if you have a counter argument i believe you haven't a full understanding of the book — and that would be my overall point... belief without full understanding of or consideration to real
life or consequences for the hereafter is equal to a childs belief in santa which is why we atheists feel it is an equal comparision... and santa is clearly a bs story... based on real events from a real historical person but
not a magical being by any means!

not have clear, provable theories to describe the evolution of all species in existence, and
everything about the earth (if you think I'm wrong on this point, you either
live in a box or you're delusional), but we do

Jeremy good message and quite relevant for today God is still looking at our hearts and motives for serving him or are we serving our own agenda as Jonah was.He did
nt feel compassionate towards his enemies and who could blame him they had cruelly killed many Jews it was a question of
life or death to his own people. The Jewish nation was no more deserving of Gods grace than the other nations that is revealed by sending Jonah to preach a message of hope and
life.Ultimately God calls all by faith in him and is willing to be merciful to all nations and peoples that do
not not deserve it just like us it is by grace that we all are forgiven.I am pleased that God is sovereign and knows whats best he is merciful to us.Our human nature is that it is better to kill our enemies before they can kill us and that is essentially Jonahs message that is why he struggled to be obedient to Gods will.Gods message is to forgive those that trespass against us and show mercy. Its complicated and it is natural to protect ourselves and our families from those who would seek to destroy them but ultimately its
about trusting God with
everything easier said than done.If it comes to a choice we will have to trust God and ask for his strength because we cant do it in ours.As Christ laid down his
life for us are we ready to lay our
lives and the
lives of our families as a sacrifice for him.To me that is where the story of Jonah is leading to we have the choice to fight our enemies or to love them as God loves them.brentnz

life of delusion is AWESOME until REALITY BIOTCH slaps you in the face and pops the sheltered bubble of the priveledged happy
life you
live and heaps misery onto you and your loved ones and all you can do / say / think is... god has a plan... yup a plan to make you suffer for a reason you can't understand... from my VAST knowledge of the world and human nature i know how to make choices that avoid MOST of the misery and suffering the rest of you shlubs endure, can't avoid
everything, but instead of wasting time with religious b and s i think
about avoiding misery and suffering... 35 years and so far sooooooo goooood...
The question was «science can explain»
not «science can explain
everything» 1) We will never know the position of every bit of matter so knowing
everything is
not possible — the current theories match observations well enough for the answer to be yes 2) Again knowing
everything about every individual step in the creation of
life is
not possible but current theories match... 3) here do know pretty much
everything.
You have to admit though — everyone believes something and I using the word believe to mean
not fully able to know all knowledge
about everything in the world, and so we guess based on the knowledge of what we know, and assume we are right until some other data comes into our
life to prove us wrong.
We have considerable national resources with which to develop these guidelines, including our tradition of justice and fair play, our respect for individual rights and the common good, and —
not least — the wisdom of the eloquent writer who left us those eloquent words
about the natural rhythms of
life: «For
everything there is a season.»
