Now,
add baking powder and salt.
Sift together cassava flour,
baking powder and salt... in a separate bowl beat the coconut sugar and butter until fluffy...
add syrup, coconut milk, vanilla and egg to the butter mixture & beat until well combined... combine dry ingredients with wet and beat again until well combined... you
now have a very tasty, yet basic vanilla donut batter.
I
added 1 egg white and 1/4 tsp of
baking powder and
now they are not crumbly.
Now add the flour, cocoa,

Now to a sifter

It is
now time to
add the flour and
baking powder.
Now add sifted flour, almonds, xantam gum,
baking soda and
baking powder.
I've been using psyllium husk
powder usually just for
baking and taken it with me while traveling in case I need some extra fiber, but
now I've been
adding it to my smoothies and pancakes as well.
Now in the bowl for your dry ingredients
add in 1 cup or 80 grams of rolled oats, 2 scoops or 60 grams of my
Baking Protein (or vanilla protein
powder), 6 tablespoons or 45 grams of coconut flour, 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon, and 1/8 teaspoon of salt.
I had doubt about
adding 30g of matcha
powder, but I trusted you and
now I love it, especially when I was
baking it, the house was filled with green tea scent!
