of big teams to face now coming to the
end of the

of them wenger wont let west ham do the double over us and man city are not the team they once was and cazorla wilshere are nearly back with us having a game in handdddd!!!!!!
Am I the
only one who suspects that giroud will flop, he
went for 8games without scoring
at the
end of season, Wenger did not start Him
at fa final later booyed by france fans.
Albeit he's
only managed to keep two clean sheets in nine games this
season, conceding 12, given that they're struggling
at the wrong
end of the table, it was always
going to be difficult for him to rack up impressive statistics.
We could and should have brought in a replacement for Cazorla in January not
only for the sole purpose
of replacing Cazorla but to give the team a boost and fresh ideas, the players, coach / manager contract and board should have
gone out to the public to reassure the public everything would be signed
at the
end of the
season (even if it was a lie).
Come the other year when Arsenal
went the whole
season without a defeat in the Premier League, Barcelona were attracted by Marc Overmas and Emmanue Petti, the two joined Barcelona, they played few games, and sometime on the bench, as a result Emmanue Petti decided to
go back to England and joined New - Castle and always regret leaving Arsenal, then the other year it was Alexander Hleb, he was the best dribller in Arsenal team, he
went again to Barcelona, he was never given some games, I think he
only played few games as a sub, and his carrier was destroyed by Barcelona, then come Henry, he again
went to Barcelona, he played some games but not like he used to do
at Arsenal, he was not looking like a star player anymore, he decided to
go to America, then there was Fabrigas, he joined Barcelona again, since he was one
of their juniors, I think he played for two
seasons, and supporter used to booing him, he decided to come back to Arsenal, by then Arsenal had already resplaced him with Ozil, and he joined Chelsea, then come Alexander Song, he pushed to
go to Barcelona, he was always on the banch, and never been on first eleven, then he
ended up regreting joing Barcelona, and wanted to
go back to Arsenal, but normally Wenger do not take players who pushed themselves to be out
of Arsenal, lastly there was Vermuleen, he
went to Barcelona and
ended up not playing
at all but when playing for Arsenal they used to be star players.
As every Arsenal fan knows, an estimate
of thee months from Arsenal is
going to be far from accurate
going on past performance, so it wouldn't surprise me if he
only just came back
at the very
end of the
season to help us snatch fourth place.
Some are quite low paid considering they're Premier League footballers, but if anything it
only serves to highlight where the silverware will likely be
going at the
end of the
season.
These reports about Tuchel and now Allegri suggest to me that the top brass
at Arsenal are not really considering a change
of manager this summer and if we
end the
season with no silverware I can
only imagine how that would
go down with us fans.
I think he should
go for van dyk we need him, Gabriel is not first class, and holding is
only young and learning too, the BFG is retiring
at end of season and Koscienly injury prone we need a another centre back
Up front we have a few world - class players surrounded by some serious pretenders... Sanchez is by far the most accomplished player in our attack but the controversy surrounding his contractual mishandling could see him
go before the window closes or most definitely by
season's
end... obviously a mistake by both parties involved, as Sanchez's exploits have never been more on display than in North London, but the club's irresponsible wage structure and lack
of real intent have been the real undoing in this mess... Lacazette, who I think has some world - class skills as a front man, will
only be as good as the players and system around him, which is troubling due to our current roster and Wenger's love
of sideways passing... Walcott should have been sold years ago, enough said, and Welbeck should never have been brought in from the get -
go... both
of these players have suffered numerous injuries over their respective careers and neither are good enough to overcome such difficulties: not to mention, they both are below average first - touch players, which should be the baseline test for any player coming to a Wenger - led Arsenal team... Perez should have been played wide left or never purchased
at all; what a huge waste
of time and money, which is ridiculous considering our penny pinching ways and the fact that fans had been clamoring for a real striker for years... finally Giroud, the fact that he stills wears the jersey is a direct indictment
of this club's failure to get things right... this isn't necessarily an attack on Giroud because I think he has some highly valued skills, but not for a team that has struggled to take their sideways soccer to the next level, as his presence slows their game even more, combined with our average,
at best, finishing skills... far too often those in charge have either settled or chosen half - measures and ultimately it is us that suffer because no matter what happens Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke will always make more money whereas we will always be the ones paying for their mistakes... so every time someone suggests we should just shut - up and support the team just think
of all the sacrifices you've made along the way and simply reply... f *** off
The honest truth — Wenger will
only be truly judged
at the
end of the
season but his decision to not spend money now means anything short
of second place is
going to get him dragged out
of his position as manager.
Only problem is the clubs ambition?!! We are
going to learn a lot about how ambitious the board / manager / club is
at the
end of the
season in the transfer window
Do u wan na no how business is been done

Wenger still has one year left on his contract and the
only thing that could possibly see him
gone at the
end of this
season, is the failure to qualify for next
season's champions league.
This is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety
of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style
of play has become a shadow
of it's former self,
only to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where players play out
of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look
at our current players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system...
at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid
of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have
only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out
of our own
end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes
of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play
of Monreal, but none
of these players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio
of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last
season, which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off -
season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points in the latter part
of last
season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless
at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this was all part
of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature
of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front
end, we have Ozil, a player
of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been played out
of position far too many times since arriving and that the players in front
of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National team's midfield, where teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so
only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that,
of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we
went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the
season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one
of those 3 players to stay on it would be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one
of the most committed skill players we've seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already
of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs
of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and,
at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack
of mobility is an albatross around the necks
of our offence... so when you ask who would be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because
of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other was just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this team is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
Although I've found it very cathartic to speak, vent and
end occasionally rant about all things Arsenal, we need to act carefully and intelligently right now or we're
going to get played by this club even worse than
at present... the pro-Wengerites and the suits, who represent a considerable proportion
of the
season ticket holders, don't want to believe that there is no plan and that Wenger has mailed it in for several years now or that things are
going to get much worse before they get better... why would they... many have spent a considerable sum buying some
of the highest priced tickets in the World... they want to have a front row seat to see something special and to be seen doing so, which simply provides ample justification for the expense and the time invested... to many
of them, Wenger is the sun in their soccer universe... his awkward disposition, misplaced arrogance and his utter lack
of balls makes him a rather unusual cult figure, but the cerebral narrative seemed to embolden those who already felt pretty highly
of themselves... many might not even
of really liked football that much before his arrival and rarely games they weren't attending... as such, they desperately believe that Wenger, and
only Wenger, can supply them with their required fix... if he
goes, they were wrong and that's a tough pill to swallow... they would have to admit that they were duped... they will definitely resent whoever made them feel this way, but
of course it will be too late by then... so when we
go overboard with ridiculous comments bordering
of anarchy, it scares the shit out
of them and they shift their blame towards us rather than
at those who really perpetrated this act
of treason... we aren't the enemy... we simply woke much earlier and the reason our comments have gotten more vile in recent years is out
of utter frustration... in order for any real change to occur
at this club we need to bring as many supporters as possible with us or the big money interests will fade and our ultimate objective will be lost... so it's time to focus on the head instead
of the heart for now
The
only Golden Boot that most fans would appreciate
at the
end of the
season, is the one that
goes up Wenger's backside!
we knew
at the
end of the
season gone that the
only chance we have
of success is the europa — it pains me to say it but we are still with a chance — a remote chance in premier league competition but far as domestic and europa cup competition we are very much an active threat.
which is the opposite
of Spanish big 2 clubs where they do have inexperience managers but their supporting them with players recruitment and they always wins something big within 2 years. The
only hope i have is behind the scene changes towards next
season i mean sven and Sanllehi and wenger to leave Arsenal
at the
end of this
season otherwise is not gonna work because
of chemistry
You are the
only one who doesn't give Coquelin the credit that is
going around even Wenger praises him as do other professionals.Look this is not about Coquelin this is about your coments on players age that you say
at 20 are not in the same league as any
at 25 bull shit, Fabragas Rooney Wiltshire Bellerin Ashely cole even Welbeck
at United are class players
at under 21You think that a player
only matures
at 25 or older you have no idea on a players ability, you just come out with this bull shit to make out you know about players.Well let's see as you say
at end of season who has more knowledge on a player to make the big time CB
players like Ozil always present the fans with a bit
of a conundrum, especially when times are tough... if you look around the sporting world every once in awhile there emerges a player with incredible skill, like Ozil, Matt Sundin or even Jay Cutler, who have a different way about themselves... their movement seemed almost too lackadaisical, so much so that it seemed to suggest indifference or even disinterest on the part
of the player... their posture always appears somewhat mopey and they generally have an unflattering «sour puss» expression on their face... for some their above average skills are enough to keep them squarely in the mix, as their respective teams try desperately to find a way to get the best out
of them visa vie player acquisitions or the reworking
of tactics... when things
go according to planned the fans usually find a way to accept their unique disposition, whereas when things
go awry they become easy targets for fans and pundits alike... in the case
of Ozil and Sundin, their successes on the international stage and / or with their former teams led many to conclude that if we surrounded such talented individuals with players that have those skills that would most likely bring the best
of these players success would surely follow... unfortunately both the Maple Leafs and our club chose to adopt half - measures, as each were being run by corporations who valued profitability over providing the best possible product on the field... for them, they cared more about shirt sales and
season tickets than doing whatever was necessary... this isn't, by any stretch, an attempt to absolve Ozil
of any responsibility for his failures on the pitch... there is no doubt oftentimes his efforts were underwhelming, to say the least, but this club has been inept when it comes to providing this prolific passer with the kind
of players necessary for him to flourish... with our poor man's version
of Benzema up front, the headless chickens in Walcott, the younger Ox and Welbeck occupying wide positions far too often and the fact that Carzola, who provided Ozil with great service and more freedom to roam, was never truly replaced, the
only real skilled outlet on the pitch was Sanchez... remember to be considered a world - class set - up man goals need to be scored and for much
of his time here he has been surrounded by some incredibly inept finishers... in the
end, I'm not sure how long he will be in North London, recent sentiments and his present contract situation seem to suggest that he will depart
at season's
end, but how tragic would it be if once again we didn't put our best foot forward and failed to make those moves that could have brought championship football back to our once beloved club... so when you think about this uniquely skilled player don't be so quick to shift all the blame on his shoulders because he will not be the first or the last highly skilled player to find disappointment
at the Emirates if we don't rid the club
of those individuals that are truly to blame for our current woes
According to the London Evening Standard, Chelsea will still command a # 10m fee or possibly slightly more from the Gunners, despite the Czech Republic international
only having a year to
go on his contract, meaning he could leave for free
at the
end of next
season.
Whilst it can be a useful exercise to use pre-
season to experiment with formations and tactics this should be reserved for the latter stages
of a game once substitutions are made.Crucially Arsenal failed to use game time to acclimatise the players who are likely to start the
Season to one another and to continue to develop a team philosophy which had proven so successful in a crucial game
at the
end of last
Season.Reverting to type will
only have one
end product and it won't
go down well with the Arsenal faithful.
We definitely need
at least 2 top class attackers (ST and LW / RW) add to that a CB and DM... But first Wenger has to
go at the
end of this
season... Walcott, Flamini, Arteta, Rosicky, Mert all needs to
go this summer... Giroud (obviously not my favorite) can stay
only as 3rd option, offload him is even better... I am afraid that Wilshere will become a new Diaby... But hey, the stubborn one will press ignore button as usual... He needs to
go...
It's the fans that keep sacrificing because this team can't get their head out
of their own ass... please give me some examples when a top club ever let their best player leave for free
at the
end of a
season... Wenger needs to
go to PSG and get some money and talent for Sanchez so that we can
end this nonsense once and for all... then he needs to publicly apologize for the way in which they handled the whole situation... if they allow Sanchez to
go for free there is no way this club, under the tutelage
of Kroenke and Wenger, will ever layout the necessary coin to replace such a talented player, especially considering that Wenger will be a lame - duck manager once again in the final year
of his contract and we know how well that
went last year... open your eyes people, Wenger has spoken publicly about how he hopes that the next manager can take this club to the next level... WHAT?!?... he then
went on to speak about leaving them in the perfect position to be successful, which is one
of the reasons why several pundits felt Wenger would leave after last
season based on the financials and the fact that so many players had
only one year left on their respective contracts... who says this shit??? If you believe you're leaving things in the best possible shape for your potential successor to achieve greatness it raises a couple
of serious questions: Why can't you take things to the next level if everything is as great as you say?
And the
only way to do that is by abandoning,
at least for the moment, the 3 -4-3 formation
of the
end of last
season and
going back to our classic 4 -2-3-1 set - up, or variations thereof: 4 -2-1-3 and 4 -3-3.

Wenger himself may want to
go at the
end of the

at the club when he feels he is no longer wanted or capable
of doing the job expected
of him.
Yet this same 11 — 12 players

I think Rowett would say it is down to him getting his ethos across and fully finding out what his best team and formation was but
at the moment, if the
season ended today, they'd
go up automatically and although there is
only a couple
of points difference between the teams in second to fifth, it is theirs to lose, really.
He might be a well - like teammate, but having him involved in matches in the form he is in is
only going to cost United as the weeks pass, and really that is not something United need
at the
end of the
season when they look back and see that things could have been changed with Rooney fighting for a position from the bench.
But: with just a week to
go Burnley had
only signed Joey Barton and it seemed likely that
at the
end of the month he'd face a lengthy ban that
at its draconian worst could see his
season ended.
