stew, and in the end the orka itself isn't slimy at all!

The vegetables in this
stew can be varied to suit your tastes; if you do, however, eliminate the
okra it will alter the consistency of the sauce.
Haitian
stews are mainstays too, especially Callaloo, the concoction of taro, a leafy root vegetable,
okra, crab and coconut milk.
I will try the
stew next, though I can't imagine what raw
okra will taste like — if I can find it.
As the
