The first coat was painted in Provence and the second coat was painted in
Old Ochre Chalk Paint.

Step 1 Use a 4 ″ foam roller to roll on 1 - 2 coats of
Old Ochre Chalk Paint over the existing lampshade.
I did a wash of chalk paint in
Old Ochre mixed with some water.
I still plan on accenting the hutch with
Old Ochre also to highlight the details.

I just completed a lovely headboard using
Old Ochre and Napoleonic Blue!
or French Linen over Graphite, Provence over
Old Ochre OR just Old White «washed» over natural wood!
He is actually done in a combo of
old ochre and coco, distressed and clear wax applied.
I painted over the brass handles with
Old Ochre, Clear Waxed them and then rubbed on some Royal Design Studio Stencil Creme is Bronze Age and rubbed some back off with some more Clear Wax.
And since we are doing neutrals - let's talk about
Old Ochre.

Handpaint a checkerboard pattern on the backside of the table top using
Old Ochre and the Barcelona Orange color mix.
I painted it all in
Old Ochre, highlighted it with Napoleonic Blue, finished it all with Clear Wax and then added some Dark Wax.
Leftover Annie Sloan paint in Linen and
Old Ochre followed by one coat of clear wax, one coat of dark wax and one top coat of clear wax again!

Annie used Chalk Paint ® in Country Grey, and
Old Ochre to create this rustic Swedish look.
She painted the dresser with various shades of pink, Annie Sloan's Antibes Green,
Old Ochre and Shades of Olive.
As you can see,
Old Ochre is just a bit darker.
Once the light was dry, I brushed
the Old Ochre over the entire light.
I started out by painting the body with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in
Old Ochre.

She striped the sides of the dresser with Shades of Pink and
Old Ochre then glazed for an antiqued look.
I chose French Linen and
Old Ochre along with clear and dark wax (which will be totally utilized in my office / guest room makeover yet to come!

Old Ochre which is a much lighter color, almost an off white.
If you're familiar with Annie Sloan's Old White,
Old Ochre is similar but a tad more caramel - y if that makes sense.

I really like Chateau Grey paired with Antoinette, Scandinavian Pink, Duck Egg Blue, Old White and

I decided to use Annie Sloan chalk paint «

I casually painted the bench in
Old Ochre Chalk Paint ®, not really caring if I covered everything.
So one day, I saw a little jar of Annie Sloan
Old Ochre at one of my favorite boutiques in town and was sold!
Old Ochre was perfect — not too bright and the color coordinated really well with the tile colors in the kitchen.
I did a wash of chalk paint in

The light gold was achieved by mixing together Barcelona Orange and
Old Ochre.
First, I did a couple coats of Zinsser primer and then a couple coats of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in
Old Ochre.
I forgot to take a photo of the inside, but it's one large open space for storage and it's just
Old Ochre without the dry brushing.
All the new pieces fit thankfully, and next up was painting everything in
Old Ochre Chalk Paint by Annie Sloan (separately) and then reassembling it all back together.
I planned to do two layers and some distressing, so first I painted a layer of
Old Ochre Chalk Paint ®.
I decided to water down
Old Ochre for the skin and Aubusson and Louis Blue for the sailor outfit.
