Pour some Annie Sloan
Old White chalk paint into the paint tray.
Stencil each Starfish with a mixture of 1 part Pure White Chalk Paint and 1/2 part
Old White Chalk Paint.
I simply poured my entire 4 fluid - ounce jar of English yellow Chalk Paint ® into a clean plastic container, and then used that same jar to measure and pour in three parts of
the Old White Chalk Paint ® into my plastic container.

Well, on December 26th, 2015, Courtney did a dry brush demo on an old cabinet at our Macedon store using
Old White Chalk Paint ® by Annie Sloan.
The inside of the drop - front desk and bookcase was left natural and stenciled over with the Fabric Damask Stencil in
Old White Chalk Paint ®.
Suzanne did a whitewash using
Old White Chalk Paint ® by Annie Sloan mixed with water.
She stained over the pink brick with a dark walnut stain, then used watered down
Old White Chalk Paint ® to dab a white wash over the stain.
I am pretty sure though, if I had used
Old White Chalk Paint ® or Pure White Chalk Paint ® this would not of been the case.
Next I applied a uniform thin coat of
the Old White Chalk Paint ® that I mixed with about 10 % of water.
I painted this wonderful old head and footboard in
old white chalk paint.
Once done with distressing, you will wipe off any loose dust and then create a «wash» using
Old White Chalk Paint ®.
I painted the frame in a mix of Aubusson Blue and
Old White Chalk Paint ™.
For seating, I brought along my restyled wicker chair painted in a mix of Provence and
Old White Chalk Paint ™.
We used
Old White Chalk Paint ® on the perimeter cabinets and added some dark brown glaze.
Again this combines stenciling with a color like
Old White Chalk Paint and leaves some of the wood unpainted for a great custom finish.
Gather your stencil supplies: Moorish Fleur de Lis Furniture Stencil,
Old White Chalk Paint, Annie Sloan Soft Wax, 1» Stencil Brush.
I started with just painting the dark wood with Annie Sloan
Old White Chalk Paint and distressing it a bit first to see if that could improve it — and it did.
STEP ONE: Paint the outside of your cabinet with two coats of
Old White Chalk Paint ®.
Finally, I painted it out in
Old White Chalk Paint ® by Annie Sloan and just let it be.

The monochrome colour palette (made up of Graphite and
Old White Chalk Paint ®) keeps the whole piece from looking overcomplicated.
I actually painted the handles in
Old White Chalk Paint since they were metal.
So anyway... thanks to my cans of Annie Sloan
Old White Chalk Paint, I painted the top of the table and used Charcoal for the legs and stenciled and dry brushed the top with French Linen.
