You can use this

Olympic bar is going to BEND and bend PERMANENTLY.
This exercise will draw the ire of any self - respecting gym owner, especially one that hasn't invested in good - quality, high
weight - rated
Olympic bars.

A normal
Olympic bar has a two inch sleeve that holds the
weight in place on one end and usually includes a spring collar to keep the
weight in place on the other ends, though some people prefer a different type of collar instead.
