The «Down with Empire» folks like to try to convince us that they can make an
omelette without breaking any eggs, but to this date all they
do is eat the
omelette the was made by other people breaking eggs while calling them names.

does not try to say that after all his secular service is willed by God even if it involves apparent worship of Rimmon — one can not make
omelettes without breaking eggs, it is impossible not to have dirty hands.
I had
omelette with salmon for breakfast the other day... but I didn't have peas in the house, so instead used cucumber, cream cheese and dill.
So I know I said this post is about baking substitutes, but if you want to make a mean
omelette but don't want to eat a chicken's eggs, you can use chickpea flour to make an amazing
omelette.

I whisk the eggs prior to adding to the pan, and then also once they are in the pan — it's important to move the eggs around in the pan so that the uncooked liquid falls to the bottom and has a chance to cook, but it's important to whisk the eggs before they get to the pan as well to make sure that the texture is even, and you don't have places in your
omelette that are just yolk or just egg white — so in short, I
do both.
AND I don't use flour in my
omelettes — never even heard of it!
All in all it probably takes more time to heat up the pan that it
does to actually cook the
omelette.
etc... Unless you just crawled out of a rock, you know almonds may contain nuts because they ARE nuts, and raisins don't have cholesterol in them, how could they, unless you inject them with some debris of your lunch cheese

Also, it depends on the type of cheese you use, like I used fresh ricotta so it
did not change the flavor much, but if you use a cheese which melts really well can take this
omelette to another level, I swear!

Yep, I am also not one of those moms:-D, and I
did put this on before going to bed once, buuuuut I woke up to a burnt
omelette.
If some of it doesn't fit, that's ok, you can just throw it on the
omelette when you serve it.

do not have — I love egg white

Optional add ins include peppers, salsa, spinach, mushrooms... really anything you don't mind in your
omelettes would be fabulous in a crispy breakfast egg roll.
I've
done frittatas,
omelettes, and scrambles, but most recently I also needed to use up a couple of weeks worth of bread ends that have been floating around the freezer.

A fritatta or scrambled egg
omelette makes a frequent appearance in the rotation as
does roasted chicken with sweet potatoes and your fabulous celery / goat cheese / cranberry salad on top.
A good tip is to clean the pan with a wet paper towel after each
omelette so that it doesn't burn.

You'll get the hang of it Mike, your pan might have been to hot if it smelled like an
omelette — low to medium heat for a good 2 minutes on the first side and only about 20 - 30 seconds after you flip should

Usually I'd still be shaky next morning, despite having slept deeply in the meantime (or at least so it felt), although the arrhythmia would stabilize after I'd eaten an
