only substitute I'd recommend is Lyle's
golden syrup.

syrup and I wasnt too sure if it was the same as light corn
syrup) but it didn't really matter..

only had 150g yogurt, so mixed this with 150g of frozen berries and a dessert spoon of

only contain a small amount of coconut sugar which can be substituted for rice
syrup if you want an even lower fructose option (though they won't look quite as

The
only noticeable difference from the more traditional flapjacks to these, is the substitution of
Golden Syrup for Honey — this is to lower the sugar content flapjacks but to also add more flavour to this already delicious snack!
