If you absolutely have no access to farm fresh milk to make whole, unadulterated, enzyme rich whey, then you can use plain, organic yogurt from the store instead.
Ingredients: 1 cup Rolled Oats, organic 1 cup Warm Water 2 Tbsp Whey, plainorganic yogurt, cultured organic buttermilk, kefir, lemon juice or apple cider vinegar Directions: Mix all together and let sit on the counter 12 - 24 hours (or more!)
