Spread out on
the other baking tray and drizzle over 1 tbsp olive oil, and toss around a little.
Mix well until smooth, then pour into a well - greased cupcake tin or
any other baking tray.
Other baking tray sizes, so long as they have the same surface area should be fine.

Good quality standard
baking tray - I think the holes may be a bit smaller than most
other trays, but you can still fit a cupcake case in.
So I tried this recipe, and first off the
bake time is WAY too long, i only burned one
tray because the
other two were insulated
baking sheets so they just do nt burn thankfully.
For best result, don't allow the fries to touch each
other (my
baking tray is super small so this was unavoidable, but they still turned out fairly crunchy and didn't stick).
