of yourself as a «do - gooder» or «animal lover,» when in fact, you have practiced the worst
form of cruelty on your own animals by castrating them for no
other reason than your own laziness and comfort,
just so you don't have to be disciplined and
exercise control, does that make you feel better?
Give her a week or so off from running, walking and
other forms of exercise and
just let her rest and sleep as much as she needs.
