I
roasted a bunch of veggies in the
oven at the same time as the butternut so we had sides of
roasted cauliflower, beets, and
Brussels.
Toss the
brussels sprouts with a dash of olive oil and a hefty dash of salt and
roast in the
oven until crispy and brown, about twenty minutes.
Roast the
brussel sprouts in a 400 degree
oven for around 20 minutes or to taste on a cookie sheet or cast iron skillet.
Roast Brussels sprouts in preheated
oven 25 - 30 minutes (depending on how large your sprouts are), or until the sprouts are dark golden.
I stuck to the recipe and using the extra
oven space to make
roasted brussel sprouts and potatoes.
While your squash is
roasting, trim your
brussels and place them in another
oven - safe dish, adding a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and some salt & pepper.

WIth these healthy one - pan dinner recipes, you can make a stir - fry in the
oven or
roast chicken with
Brussels sprouts.
We chose three small plates to share, and the first was
Brussels Sprouts that were
oven roasted with maple syrup and whole grain mustard.
Like kale chips but smaller, separated
Brussels sprout leaves get crisp when tossed in oil and
