oven the other is strawberries, coming into season and I put them in everything.

oven really concentrates the flavor and retains the nutrients.

oven to 425 degrees then toss trimmed
asparagus with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper and
roast for 10 minutes, or until the
asparagus are tender.

oven at 400 for about 20 minutes or so.

NOTE: if you are trying to save time while prepping the other ingredients, you can
roast the
asparagus whole on a sheet pan in the
oven at 400 degrees for about 15 - 20 minutes, until they start to brown.

oven?
Roasted Asparagus: Turn
oven up to 400 degrees.
I use a mix of Brussels sprouts,
asparagus, mushrooms, peppers and spinach in this version but you can add or omit pretty much any vegetable as long as it can stand up to
roasting in the
oven.
While the tenderloin was resting, I popped
asparagus into the
roasting pan and returned it to the
oven till done.
Preheat
oven to 180C / 350F and add the
asparagus, radishes and carrots to a
roasting tin.
