I bought a crown bundt pan from kaf and use
PAM baking spray.

Spray your grill with a cooking spray;
PAM has one specifically for
baking, if you are cooking directly on the grill.
Place on a greased
baking dish (or foil lined
baking dish that is sprayed with
PAM) and roast for 15 minutes, or until crispy.
Then spray a little
pam over them and
bake around 400 for 20 - 25 min (turning about 5 min before they are done).
Bake in a 9 x 13 cake pan (sprayed with
pam or use parchment) at 350 for 20 minutes.
(a.k.a. Spray the heck out of them with
Baking PAM.
I only used 1t of
baking soda and
baking powder each, and
baked it in a tube pan w / removal bottom — nonstick but still with parchment paper and
PAM spray, and it came out PERFECT.
Baked on two separate large cookie sheets because I wasn't sure how much they would spread, 5 per cookie sheet, parchment paper lightly sprayed with
PAM.
