The
program affords the Gallery the opportunity to work with young artists who might not otherwise not have the opportunity to show within the primary space
as well
as esteemed
independent curators and art historians.
As an
independent curator, Kirszenbaum has organized exhibitions in New York City, including The Seen and The Hidden: (Dis) covering the Veil (2009), NineteenEightyFour (2010) at the Austrian Cultural Forum, the video
program Janitors of Lunacy (2011) for the College Arts Association, the group exhibition Grey Peak of the Wave at Harris Lieberman Gallery (2012).
The exhibitions
program are part of a strategic initiative introduced by the new director of the Glass House, Henry Urbach, who is leading efforts to rededicate the site
