Today's dish is inspired by the Almost Raw
Pad Thai dish from Raw Love, which was hands down the BEST zoodle dish I've ever had.
I think what sealed the deal, and really inspired me to post about Linger was that
the Pad Thai dish I had for brunch was so delicious, so inspired and so tasty — I can't wait to go back and have it again.
This lighter version of the classic
Pad Thai dish still includes ingredients like lime, peanut butter, ginger, and bean sprouts, so you get the same flavorful staples you've come to love.
I might of specifically requested for certain vegan meals, and my Father in Law made
me the pad thai dish from The PPK.
