I made it nearly
paleo by
breading the chicken with
almond meal and greasing the baking dish with avocado oil.
Traditional stuffing is made with lots of
bread, and since that's a no - go on
Paleo she's come up with a different way, using
almond flour instead.
I like using this combination of
almond flour and tapioca flour as it creates the most legit
paleo bread, and gluten - free I've ever tried!
You can use
almond flour in many
Paleo and GF recipes, and it makes a great
breading for chicken, too!
Most any
Paleo bread will work in this, you just have to make sure that it's using
almond flour or coconut flour instead of all - purpose flour, as this will take care of any grain concerns and will allow you to have this the traditional way.
Thanks for posting the recipe... so far my
paleo bread efforts have been pretty average as I usually bake with just
almond meal and the
bread comes out mushy and crumbly this time it's turned out perfect with the coconut flour!

I have been eating
paleo for a week and my breakfast is a
