Those cashews give a good dose of protein to the soup too which is great if following the Whole30 or
Paleo diets where protein

meal is advised but not always easy if you aren't a big meat - eater.
Breakfast is my most challenging
meal as a
paleo eater, since I'm
at my laziest.
Paleo crock pot roast recipes are always a favorite to throw in the crockpot while we are
at church on Sunday's and then have a
