Following a low - carb,
paleo - friendly
diet plan helps me maintain a healthy weight while eating
real food.
Although somedays it feels like a low FODMAP
diet (in addition to
paleo) is limiting, I also think it's so amazing to be able to eat
real food and to try
food that I would have NEVER tried four years ago.
The great thing about the
paleo diet, is that it focuses on using
real whole
foods, plenty of healthy fats, vegetables, and moderate amounts of animal protein.
We chose to use a
real food /
paleo diet to treat their reflux, sticking to mainly organic meats, vegetables, and fruit, as well as yogurt as they began to tolerate dairy.
Whether you're on a strict autoimmune
Paleo protocol eating bone broth and organ meats or on a raw vegan
diet of sprouted nuts and wild berries, it's essential to focus on whole,
real foods in their natural state — unadulterated by chemicals, genetic modification or hormones.

Paleo diet that many CrossFitters swear by, but I can appreciate the value placed on eating high quality «

food, on getting back to basics, and opting for organic, heirloom, and locally - produced
food whenever possible.
