First off who doesn't love those mason jars and it's perfect for valentine's
day coming up and not only the color of the shake but the raspberries and sprinkles add
so much cuteness to the shake... looks
so good and I can't wait to try it out, but I love putting protein powders in my other foods like my
pancakes or muffins, kinda makes them more filling and a little more tasteful in a way.
My husband likes
pancakes anytime of
day, but I don't think he'd go for oatmeal for dinner,
so I do the same thing and save oatmeal dinners for when he's not home to eat with me!

so will have to make it up to my family in the next couple of
days.

days that we craved a sweet treat to kick - start our mornings, we made two - ingredient banana
pancakes that were

so well (that we ended up eating them three
days in a row)-- and I'm fully convinced that no kitchen is complete without bananas.
Honestly,

The chicken salad is a wonderful filling for the
pancakes and again nutritious + protein packed — talk about satisfying the male needs here;) The wraps can be used for breakfast or lunch as well —
so a great idea is to make a double portion and keep in the fridge for the next
days.
