There's an opportunity cost lost either way, I put 30K into buying a
house to rent, with lots of work
day - to -
day but potential higher cash flow forever, or I lock 30K into a retirement account now, never to be seen again, to hope for compounding and just enough
passive income from dividends to live off way later...
