If you know when you'll visit Machu
Picchu and you want to make sure you'll have a valid entrance
ticket in high season, this is a good
option.
I researched the
option to buy Machu
Picchu tickets online.
The general
ticket covers ALL the sites (again, except Machu
Picchu); for those who do not have a lot of time in Cusco or want to visit only one or two sites or monuments in Cusco, there are cheaper and more limited
options (the so called partial
tickets).
As mentioned earlier, normal Machu
Picchu tickets sell out around 2 months before, the climbing
options sell out 4 months before, so do yourself a favour and book early.

option let us know immediately and we can reduce the cost of your tour by $ 10 and you can do one of the other unguided walks such as these 2 which are already included in the Machu
Picchu ticket.

Option to climb to the Huayna
Picchu mountain (Please book a
ticket in advance otherwise a nice walk to the Inca Bridge does not need a fee).
You basically have only 2
options to get a
ticket to Huayna
Picchu: Try to email the list of approved agencies on the Machu
Picchu website home page of www.MachuPicchu.gob.pe.
After you tour, you will have some time to wander on your own through these ancient ruins (with the
options of climbing Huayna
Picchu --(this is a separate entrance
ticket and costs $ 35 per person), or climb up to the Sun Gate.
