Pixel still managed to offer a seamless Android experience and justified its price tag to become one of Google's best
selling smartphones right after the
Pixel lineup.
One of the key
selling points for Google's first premium
Pixel flagship
phone is Google Assistant, a brainy AI with tons of hidden — or at least lesser known — features.
When the two
phones went public back in October 2017, Google confirmed that they will be
sold in three color variants — or at least for the standard
Pixel 2.
So slotting these handsets into the
Pixel lineup may foretell HTC taking a backseat in the
phones» marketing campaign, relegating it to the same white - label role it played prior to
selling smartphones under its own name.
