Place sweet potato slices
on hot
grill for 4 - 6 minutes until they have
grill marks, checking them occasionally to prevent burning.
Spray
grill grate with cooking spray and
place chicken
on grill.
Place cheese slices diagonally across the
grill ridges and cook until
grill marks appear
on presentation side and are just starting to melt.
Place onion slices
on grill; cook 4 to 5 minutes, or until crisp - tender; transfer to plate.
Place skewered shrimp
on the
grill and cook for 1 to 3 minutes
on each side.
Place patties
on grill and cook to your liking.
Oil
grill rack and
place dough olive oil side down
on the
grill (with no toppings
on it at this point) and
grill, covered, for 2 - 3 minutes or until golden brown
