Most restaurants can make vegetarian modifications to menu items by substituting meatless
sauces or nonmeat items, such as tofu and beans for
meat, and adding vegetables or pasta in
place of meat.
Sliced mushrooms are used in

sauce to add the creamy element.

of frozen grass - fed

meat, throw in some frozen or fresh vegetables, and consider adding a can
of organic tomato
sauce or broth
of some sort.
When living in Bali, one
of our favorite
places to eat was at our local padang, which served up a mix
of meat and vegetables, over rice, slathered in curry
sauce.
