While your pear is baking

Place the cubes
in aluminum

around 30 seconds, turn it over (this prevents the bread from getting soggy)
You can purchase special wraps that you soak
in water, then
place around the edge of the baking
pan before it is
placed in the oven.
Place however many 4 1/2 - inch tart
pans will fit on dough and, with a small paring knife, cut out circles
around them, allowing enough width to fit
in sides of
pans.
