I heard you should wait to introduce cow milk but my baby loves yogurt, so I feed
her some plain whole milk yogurt with pureed fruit for a treat.

plain yogurt containing the cultures Lactobacillus bulgaricus, L. acidophilus and S. thermophilus (The SCD says to avoid
yogurts with bifidus).

plain whole milk yogurt (I like to use sheep's
milk yogurt) for a vegan version replace the
yogurt with one full 400 ml can of coconut
milk at the initial step instead.
