Valkyria 1 was one the most enjoyable games I have ever played.

I second what has already been said and would like to see a port / localization of Valkyria Chronicles 3 since I never had a chance to play it.

In the meantime, if Sonic 4 isn't really your thing, free play of both Valkyria and Phantasy Star will also be taking place in the other rooms.

I loved the idea and look of Valkyria Chronicles; it's really a shame that I don't own a system that can play it.

Even better, the soundtrack, composed by Hitoshi Sakimoto (Final Fantasy Tactics, Final Fantasy XII, Odin Sphere, Valkyria Chronicles), has been remastered and sounds absolutely brilliant, especially when played through headphones.

Imagine if Xenoblade had played like Valkyria Chronicles and vice versa?

In Valkyria Chronicles (however much it pains me) story is much closer to play than is normal for video games (ignoring recent games made by Bioware and Obsidian).

This is where a lot of the Valkyria Chronicles influence comes into play.

Valkyria Chronicles Remastered absolutely deserves every gamer's attention — whether you have already played it or not.

No western release date has been announced but little birds told me that SEGA Japan did hand out English «how to play» cards at the Tokyo Game Show 2016 for Valkyria: Azure Revolution and Puyo Puyo Chronicle, so anything is possible.

Mind you, Valkyria Chronicles is only as important as I suggest if you enjoy the games we often play within videogames in some respects.

I'm also eager to get Valkyria Chronicles as I've heard it has unique play mechanics that could be the future of tactical RPGs.

One of many games we had to opportunity to play a demo of was Valkyria: Azure Revolution.

Sega's Valkyria Chronicles is a unique beast, thanks to its combination of quasi-shooter, strategy, and role - playing elements.

In a live stream on YouTube today, gravure model Saki Yoshida played through Valkyria: Azure Revolution on PS4, and this included gameplay segments that we haven't seen before.

The accompanying trailer gives us a great first impression of the game, as it really feels like the genuine sequel that fans had been hoping to see ever since we played the original Valkyria Chronicles on PS3.

In Valkyria Revolution, you still have the same heavy themes of war as the country of Jutland experiences a revolution, but it's played out with lifeless characters who are a caricatures of tropes, from Amleth (brooding hero mourning his lady) to the supporting cast of heroes and villains.

Additionally we've also got some new information on the battle demo for Azure Revolution that is featured in Valkyria Chronicles Remaster, and how battles for Azure Revolution play out.
