skills.

skilled a
player you are, the pigeon will roam aimlessly around the playing surface, knock over the pieces, sh!t on the board, and then
do a victory strut.
Its the
skill they display on the pitch and the
players mentioned above are the best at what they
do.
Wenger has zero motivational
skills and zero passion to fire up his
players anymore and he
does nt have Adams, known, Dixon, viera, petit etc to
do it for him.
im with you on that... even if we
do nt wanted, wenger likes to play a cam in one of the wing to get more possesion... im on th more dinamic play with to fast wingers who have goals and can get the line to take the pass to our target man (giroud or other)... because of that also is that wenger need a
player on the cf who can play holdup playing... but, if wenger continiue to play that way and demands a
player with good technique and short pass, i thing he also need to go for a
player with goals and more pace than ramsey... he play ramsey there because he shows that he knows where is the f * net and have the technique and pass... but he needs more pace and even better dribbling
skills... in that case i would go for isco or gotze
We have a good team with some great
players but a manager who
does not use their
skills to best advantage, a new manager with tactical nous, problem solved!
Arteta, flamini, diaby, campbell, rosicky, podolski should go, and people will kill this but
do u feel Walcott is good enough
do nt be english bias like i
do nt think he is because he is one dimensional he cant beat a
player with shit loads of pace imagine if Walcott had Sanchez
skill along with his goals and impressive movement he would be deadly and unstoppable and he just isn't and i know gnarby will be that people will disagree but the kid is good and above all determined like sanchez he will be a world class in due time ox too but he is often too injured and welbeck lol headless chicken
You are the one who thinks that replacing Sanchez will be not as hard as i think, as you think that there are others who can
do the same job, if not better, (based on
skills) Arsenal somehow brings the best out of
players, besides some of them being poor (which is partly true).
I laughed when you said he will likely be the best
player in the club he's moving to.I hope Arsenal fans don't deceive themselves also into thinking this. The thing he has over most wingers in the world is work rate.Apart from that in terms of technique,
skill and talent there are quite a lot who can match him there or are even better. He won't have that patience of a club like Arsenal that allows for mistakes and he'll be benched even when he doesn't want it.I
did mention that he was world class. The fact that you're overrated doesn't mean you aren't world class.I know all his stats and like you I've watched him since he came here and I can say we are making him look better than he actually is.As for him being irreplaceable I don't think it» sthe first time we heard that about an Arsenal
player leaving and we saw how they eventually ended up.
benteke is begging for the ball in created space, on our key build ups giroud was left behind the mids in useless territory, so much
skill, just tends to link w defensive
players instead of in space, if he
does not score this match, and i hope he
does!
Chambers is simply lost in the middle, he doesn't know what to
do (and has no
skills to
do it) in the DM role. All he
does is pass the ball back to defenders, not driving forward.Poor quality
player, for his price tag you can get a lot bet players.Chambers out, Rosicky back to the middle, Walcott in, we are not enough (in numbers) in attack.
Ive been saying it for weeks he wont buy big this summer if at ALL!!!!! AW thinks we are fine as we are despite the world and his wife stating that we really need about three top notch
players, I think the minimum we need is a
skilled and beast like striker but Im betting we don't get that either.
Physical, high IQ, leadership
skills & above all else the technical ability to move past
players or alternate between those long / short passes... I really don't know why Kante would like to move from Leicester who is on the up!
How can these young
players improve their
skills and confidence if they don't play regularly?
Mahrez is a brilliant
player for sure without a doubt but the OX showed last night that he could be even better than Mahrez with the OX campbell and walcott
do we really need a winger I beg to differ what we need is a striker a striker of 25 + goals imagine henry or van on the team sheet now with the squad we have I liked be yedder because he was young and complete striker a striker that no mater of the circumstances are or position will strike you a goal pace agility
skill clever cunning and ugly
Plus their
skill players don't scare me at all.
Arsene Wenger is the cause of his own problems. Why
did he sell Gabriel?A
player who for all his mistakes has better defensive
skills than Mertesacker, Holding and Chambers.I don't care about potential as I'm talking about now.I also kept saying Monreal shouldn't be played as a CB yet people here were including him in our best lineup possible when everyone is fit. This is just bizzare. Also this may be unpopular opinion but I feel Wilshere is better than Xhaka and Ramsey and only he in our squad has the intelligence to play the Santi role.
I never ever wanted him... I don't like lazy
players regardless of
skills they have... same reason I wasn't so much happy about Ozil signing

What
do you mean you
do nt expect him to be good as De Gea.Why
do you know anyone's future. If I was to be very honest with you even if we keep Ospina and sell Szczesny i
do nt see him also becoming an all time great. To me he should go to Roma where i believe he can become an all time great. He is better than Ospina in terms of
skill in goalkeeping but what makes Ospina better than him is that he acts more matured. You guys keep bringing up stats but we can all bring up stats for even a
player who might not be better than another
player but stats will make him look much better.Even hits stats show he is legendary but in actual sense he is not legendary. If u think am lying or talking too much lets Keep Ospina and sell Szcz and lets see.
When you are playing football and you got a high ball to control the slightest touch will push you off it for sure eguaro pushed mustafi but mustafi should have stock his leg out to bring him down or elbowed him in the face well i would have
done that Arsenal were not hungry enough for the cup if they were we would have seen some blood running down of some Manchester
players Arsenal need to defend in packs of wolves The first half was not to bad we should have scored though but yes no back bone no hunger and no fight What is going to happen on Thursday how are we going to line up against them??? I need to see Arsenal fight like man stand up like man and use their
skill and agility to turn Manchester to a loosing side Well if we
do nt we need to separate the real man from the phony ones period
The issue has never been a lack of
skill players that could get open or
do something with the ball in their hands.
I like a lot of
skill players and defensive
players who'll be available at 32, however, if Connor Williams is there at 32 you run the card up and don't look back.
I hope Wenger
do not lose a
player like Alexis and rob us from admiring his magnificent
skills.
Established teams one or two moves from a title can overpay a pure (possible) scorer... I just don't think our timeline or current trajectory requires us to have a
player of his «non-primary»
skill sets (think Barnes w / Golden State).
I'm really getting upset by all so called experts saying sanchez is the soul of arsenal what utter garbage, the feeling in the dressing room is the
players would prefer him and ozil gone, that way we work with what we have unfortunately wenger doesn't know how to get the best out of his
players frankly he needs motivational
skills, we've won matches without sanchez so what's the problem people, we are arsenal for petes sake
DeBouchy — enough said... I feel for this
player because he was one of the only Wenger
players ever that he gave up on because of injury so there must be something we don't know about this situation... strangely enough his
skill - set is much better suited for our current formation than Bellerin
He has been serviceable when playing, but
does not possess the
skill of elite
players at that position IMO.
This isn't a knock on Jackson as a
player; I
do think he can survive in the NFL as a QB and if Payton believes he can refine Jackson's
skills as a
player, fine but I'm in the «win - now» mindset and I don't see Jackson helping the team win now.
But pre-LeBron, Kyrie seemed like that kind of
player, the type who refined his
skills to perfection and didn't really understand how to bring his teammates along with him.
do nt be surprised if we see song back on a loan would be the easiest midfield option to get at short notice just to get him on loan for a season just to fill the gap i think wenger likes familiarity with some
players knowing the arsenal way would be an ok squad filler in case we have injury pile up at Christmas or new year period as you would expect would be an upgrade on kim kalstrom i think anyways and being at barca cant have
done his
skill set any harm maybe he learn to more defensive responsibility
I remember RVP missing a crap loads before scoring but because Giroud doesn't have dribbling
skill like
players in FIFA games, many of these kids think he's crap when he's not.
The
player's
skills set allows him to bring the ball out from the back in a way not many other
players at the club can
do.
It's a team which is massively short on quality so it will be all down to work rate and hoping some of their
players don't show up... Iwobi out is good Ramsey in brings in a bit more energy but no ability to dominate middle of park which is where we we will struggle... Chambers xhaka bellerin and mustafi will need to play out of their skins which has hardly been the case all season and kos will need to show leadership
skills but if wilshere ozil and aubemayang click there could at least be a forward threat... An honest assessment 3 1» to them
Nathan MacKinnon maintains his health and demonstrates the
skill he
did in September when he looked like one of the very best
players in the entire World Cup of Hockey.
The main thing I'd like to stress on is that Wenger's tactical set up of
players is poor and his decisions are terrible. He doesn't combine
players very well and I feel he makes some
players too much of a main stay in his team even when they are poor which doesn't create competition to bring out the best in
players. He also sold Gabriel who for all his mistakes has better defensive
skills in terms of tackling, 1 v1, interceptions and others than Mertesacker, Holding and Chambers.
You cant compare any English
players to fab in my opinion as England
do nt produce these sort of
skills /
players — methodical thinking versus aggressive forward play.
Sterling truthfully only needed to pass coutinho to get the title, whereas 2 seasons ago (when AOC was 20) we had santi, Ramsey, and most of our s defensive
players were great with szczęsny being joint winner of the golden glove, with many other
skilled players doing well for us.
At Navy, the
skill position
players still have to undergo fitness tests each semester like all other students, but the linemen are allowed to
do a bike test instead.
but more importantly it should tell you that wenger no longer has a grasp on the strengths and weaknesses of his team, or, indeed, what kind of football he is trying to play... heard a lot of people waffling on about the end of tika tak... we never got there because too many first team
players lack the
skills to
do that kind of football... ramsey walcott giroud merteshaker coquelin are not that kind of
player... nor
do we rapidly convert defence in to attack as we used to or press teams in their own half..
In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could
do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never played better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured
player to handle the taxing duties that come with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then played until he suffers his first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped - out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average
players who couldn't make any of the top 7 teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top quality and no good team can afford to have that many average
players on their bench playing the same position, especially with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some
skills to provide the long ball but his defensive work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much
skill with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been directly related to the failure of this club to provide him with the necessary
players up front, minus Sanchez of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)
We make similar mistakes each game, our
players hve not learned basic football
skills (crossing the ball i.e bellerin), i
do nt know also what will happen but hope we
do something rather than just stagnate.
Mertz should never have been our captain in the first place... who has ever heard of a team that makes 11th hour transfer buys (Arteta & Mertz) then seemingly places those same individuals into prominent leadership positions from the get - go... indicative of the problems that have permeated our clubhouse for the better part of 7 years under the Kroenke & Wenger... what is wrong with the
players chosen and / or the management style of Wenger that doesn't develop and / or encourage strong leadership from within... Mertz was the fine collecting lackey from year one... this is what happens when you don't get world - class
players because many times they want to have a voice on and off the pitch and this can't happen when you play for a fragile manager who has developed a coddling wage structure where everyone is rewarded for simply wearing the shirt and participating in the process... not enough balance between performance and pay, combined with the obvious favoritism shown to some
players regardless of their glaring lack of production... remember that Ramsey has played in positions that make no sense considering his
skill - set (out wide) and has forced other
players off the field or into equally unfamiliar positions with little or no justification (let's remember when you read articles about how Ramsey's goals this upcoming season being the potential X-factor for our success that this is the same individual who didn't score a goal until the final week last season)... this of course is just one example of many... before I hear another word from Mertz I want this club to address the fact that no former
player of any real consequence has any important role in the management structure of this club, yet several former Gunners have expressed serious interest in just such an endeavor (Henry, Viera, Adams, Bergkamp... just to name a few legends)... there is only one answer: an extremely insecure manager!!!
I think this performance has something interesting,
players losing the ball recklessly, in essence no ball
players on the pitch, dembele, denis, gomes, paulinho and coutinho were all part of the midfield, imagine their ball losing
skills put together (coutinho and dembele are good
players, paulinho
did well in this match) but one only wonders how you play possession and positional football with so many positionally poor
players and no ball holders.
does anyone think the reports of us getting psg's youngster rabiot are true and if yes is he what we need atm i guessing as he is a big lad he's probably diaby long term replacement i have seen a picture of him and he doesn't look like a very strong build but i am sure a year in the gym will sort that out he would add much needed height to our midfield and he doesn't seem to be a injury prone as diaby he has a good general
skill set am sure wenger can convince him with plenty of game time any young french
player knows wengers rep with youngsters he should jump at the chance to work with wenger NOW with a bit of strength work he could be a handy d / m also if wenger could mould him to play there,
They'd know what some GMs preferred over what they didn't, but Brooks has been incredulous that teams would overdraft a QB with more talented defensive or
skill position
players on the board.
Like he has
done on so many occasions before, Alexis Sanchez has shown how much of an influential
player he is on the ball and his
skill, ability, confidence and determination to win, is exactly what has made him a great success at Arsenal.
