Students may participate in wide - ranging faculty research projects using diverse methodologies and dealing with issues such as clinical processes and intervention, vulnerable families, trauma and resilience, participatory research, and policy.

As a Program Advisor for licensing and compliance, you will: • conduct site visits to inspect to determine compliance with legislative requirements and ministry policy • identify and address immediate health and safety issues • analyze licensing issues, make recommendations for corrective action and best practices to enhance the quality of care, where appropriate • liaise with agencies and stakeholders • follow up on complaints and facilitate issues resolution • participate in enforcement action, where applicable • participate on projects and project committees

You will also have the opportunity to participate on various project teams to develop and implement policy and program initiatives.

There is a need for governments, the private sector, civil society and international organisations and aid agencies to support efforts to build the capacity of indigenous communities, including in the area of human rights, so that they may participate equally and meaningfully in the planning, design, negotiation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of policies, programs and projects that affect them.

Previously, Jenna was the Early Childhood Education Policy Intern at Latino Policy Forum where she participated in local, state and national ECE advocate workgroups focusing on state accountability and EL components of ESSA, Preschool suspensions and expulsions, Illinois Children's Cabinet project, and ECE Workforce Development.
