Anybody know??? If you grind
chia seeds up to put in, say, an iced coffee
drink, will the
chia powder still soak up fluid from your digestive track and cause constipation?

I also
drink a «Green» smoothie (1 cup cashew milk, 1 scoop Pretty Fit Greens, 2 handfuls of power greens, 1 cup of frozen mango, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein
powder, and 1 tbsp
chia seeds.
This

powder is perfect... I add it to my protein
drink!
The
drink has 15 grams of protein which breaks down like this: almond butter 7
chia seeds 4 cacao
powder 3 almond milk 1
Tonight I made a
drink for my family made from garden fresh zuchini, cilantro (great for inflammation), mango, blueberries, banana, pineapple, coconut oil, 3 tablespoons chlorella, spirulina, wheat grass and alfalfa mix, molasses (for iron), 3 tbls
chia seeds, 3 tbls lecithin and
powdered mag.
Then at 3 I
drink coconut water with 2 scoops of whey,
chia seeds, matcha
powder and green
powder and strangely enough I feel tired afterwards.
Add a tablespoon of
chia seeds to a scoop of vanilla whey protein
powder, half a banana, a cup of spinach, a half cup of unsweetened almond milk, and a dash of cinnamon, mix in a blender, and
drink up.
I started
drinking green smoothies (spinach / fruit / unsweetened almond milk /
chia seeds / protein
powder) is it better to give that in the evening?
