I just bought some of the
powdered peanut butter - PB2, and I'll bet you could use it
in this
recipe!
This was the first time I used the

recipe and I am very pleased with how this turned out.
I would suggest adding a little more
powdered sugar if you are using natural
peanut butter and reduce the salt
in the
