In her journey to expand professional enrichment and to share knowledge, Molly has been invited to present and share best practices at conferences and workshops over the years, including the U.S. Department of Education, the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, the Michigan Association of Public School Academies, the Michigan Association of Middle School Educators, the Ohio Alliance for Public Charter Schools and The Governor John Engler Center for Charter Schools at Central Michigan University.

Participants engage in the in - depth study of relevant course materials, establish a training classroom, do practice teaching, conduct workshops for teachers and caregivers at their home site, observe in classrooms and provide feedback to staff, meet with agency administrators to inform them of their progress, and keep a training journal to document and reflect on their activities.

KEY Teachers lead all New Teacher Saturday Learning Series, facilitate at New Teacher Academy, provide modeling of best instructional best practices, host HUB and JAM communities, provide PD and workshop follow - up as well as campus - based community, and participate in a wide variety of learning opportunities for all teachers across the district.

Superintendent Michelle King has started making significant inroads toward collaboration, most recently by hosting a «Promising Practices» forum with a series of workshops aimed at sharing best practices.
