octane rating of 87, mid-grade or «Plus» is 89, and
premium fuel typically has an
octane rating of 91.
Some cars require higher
octane or
premium fuel to get better
gas mileage and performance.
But 91
octane premium gas is strongly recommended.

octane premium gas, the 6.4 L V8 is EPA - rated to average 14 mpg in the city, 23 mpg on the highway, and 17 mpg combined.
