Traditionally Bolognese sauce is usually made of ground beef and pork, or it can be
prepared with turkey or
chicken mince, however I've seen dozen of vegetarian or even
vegan «Bolognese sauce» recipes as well.
The TVP makes for a great meat substitute for vegetarian and
vegan tacos, as it has a texture similar to shredded
chicken when cooked and, as an added bonus, it takes just a few minutes to
prepare and is a bargain at the grocery store.
