services.
Successfully moving through this process requires individual and whole - of -
service reflection, celebrating and sharing achievements, relationship building,

Most early childhood
services find themselves in situations where
staff changes and challenges, child demands and family crises seem to take up all the available time and make it difficult if not impossible to begin or to continue the KidsMatter

Over time, with changes in
staff, developments in the sector, and following
professional learning experiences, there will be significant changes made to the day - to - day practice in your ECEC
service.
