We
're giving the artists open
space to talk about it, because one of the interesting things with every commissioned
project is that the artists that went earlier
are thinking about those who went later, and maybe they've already evolved that earlier work into something else.

Some of the furniture and people
are ingeniously condensed to
give an illusion of greater depth and
space, as do the photomurals
projecting views of the kitchen and the restaurant that lead from the bar.
At the heart of their practice
is a process - based relationship between artist, curator and audiences, which seeks to
give the
projects space to find their own rhythm, public outputs, and discourse.
Tate Liverpool
is throwing open its doors for a unique experiment that will see the gallery's main exhibition
space given over to a collaborative
project.

Google's Art
Project Gets Aesthetic Upgrade — As if taking virtual tours of major museums while at your computer weren't fun enough already, Google has recently made some significant stylistic changes to its Art
Project's presentation, improving its search function and increasing the amount of white
space, which puts more emphasis on the images and
gives the entire design an institutional look.
With this
project, my main goal
is to show a glimpse into this hypothetical world and
give viewers a
space in which to contemplate the future of our planet.

give an informal talk on her works «In The Cage» and «Sermon», introduced by the curator Lucy Howarth.
As the AMDM
's first guest curator, Eccles said, «I chose to work with Tony on this
project because he
's been consistently at the forefront of new technologies and
was one of the first artists to
give dimensionality to video, TV screens and
projected spaces.»
The line refers to gestural writing and
gives shape to the enigmatic world of personages whose bodies
are often taken apart and fitted back together in fragments, prolonged in domestic
space and
projected on to the landscape.
The evolving installation Pleasure Principle, by Katya Grokhovsky, on view in + / -
Project Space, culminated in an interactive public performance, in which the audience
was given permission to touch, hold and caress the objects from the installation, transcending boundaries between the art and the observer.
