I used my basic smoothie formula to come up with this Double Chocolate Chai Smoothie: 1 cup liquid like almond milk or coconut water, greens, creamy fruit like banana or mango, additional fruits and veggies, a little healthy fat, a little
protein, a little fiber, a little stevia, additional nutrient boosters like cacao, maca, goji,
acai, etc., and spices and / or flavorings.
Plant - based
protein, fiber, more omega - 3 fatty acids than 2 servings of salmon, raw super fruits (
acai, maqui, goji), raw greens, and the superfood maca for energy and hormone balance.
In this post, I'm sharing three
protein - rich breakfast recipes: decadent chocolate chia seed pudding, sunflower butter vanilla bircher muesli and almond butter
acai bowl.
Any kind of

My D.I.Y version for those of you on a budget, or if you're looking for an
acai bowl option that's lower in sugar and higher in
protein.
Protein - packed
acai chia seed pudding layered with coconut yogurt, mango chunks, and topped with fresh kiwi!
Superfoods (e.g., chia,
acai and quinoa), alternative snacks (e.g., gluten - free crackers, nut butters and Greek yogurt) and alternative oils (e.g., avocado, coconut and sunflower) have been tried by 28 percent of respondents, and 18 percent have tried plant - based
proteins, such as hemp hearts, lentils and spirulina.
I've been adding a little bit of spirulina powder to all my green smoothies and
acai bowls lately because it's packed with iron and
protein and, as an added bonus, turns everything a brilliant shade of green.

Not only is this vegan
protein absolutely delicious but I'm loving the Japanese mushrooms,
acai berries, blueberries, etc that you've added.
This smoothie pack does have a bit of added sugars, but it also boasts 8g of
protein along with so much goodness like blueberries, dark cherries, greek yogurt,
acai, quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat, millet, chia, and beet juice.

Into the blender went: 1 cup milk, frozen berries, frozen spinach,
acai berry powder, chia seeds and sun warrior
protein.
Blend the first 8 ingredients (
acai, mango, pineapple, frozen berries,
protein powder, chia seeds, flax seeds and coconut yoghurt) until well combined and smooth.
A formula based on plant based
protein it also contains probiotics (gut flora), pea and sprouted rice
protein (hair food, all 9 amino acids for muscle repair), B vitamins (mood food), dandelion (liver toning), rose hip (vit C), pomegranate (uv protective),
acai (even more antioxidants)... sounds amazing right?
