During School
Psychology Awareness Week, I collaborated with a
student from Northeastern University, Caitlin Stromberg, to disseminate information to the faculty at our
practicum site.
Specifically, a minimum of six Counseling
Psychology (CP)
students, four substance abuse counseling (SAC), and three psychiatric mental health nursing (PMHN)
students will participate in training each year, and a minimum of three CP
students will complete the entire RPIC training experience (including a 9 - or 12 - month
practicum) each year.
Marlene is also a Clinical Professor at the School of
Psychology at the University of Ottawa, where she provides clinical supervision to Ph.D.
practicum students and interns who are learning EFT.
She established and facilitated the Space Coast Eating Disorders Professional Consortium from 2009 - 2011, and supervises Florida Tech
Psychology students in a special
practicum focused on Eating Disorder treatment.
