Pubit authors, myself included, became aware that our books were marked as Public Domain (and -LSB-...]
I've had decent months with
Pubit and I, too, am happy they're around, but I
still sell more on BN through Smashwords.
I've actually sold a few
PubIt versions, but judging by the rankings, it
still looks like I'm selling more through Smashwords.
My biggest problem is that both my Smashwords and
PubIt version are
still on there.

I tried B&N's platform while it was
still PubIt, and stuck with it for a little while after they changed the name to Nook Press.
In the Better Late Than Never Department, Barnes & Noble has finally expanded its
PubIt (and that is
still a stupid name) program across the ocean.
Over at B&N, there's
still no indication whether a
PubIt!
