It's been an exciting year after our book with Vanelja came out and since it's
pub date, the N'Ice Cream Book has been
published in 6 countries, which to be honest, feels pretty unbelievable.
As a writer who is finishing Volume II, This Changes My Family and my Life Forever, and marketing (release
date, December 20) Volume I, This Changes Everything of The Spanners Series, I am also writing, marketing, learning about ebook
publishing, indie
pub networking and methods, editing / revising, weighing in on cover art for Volume I (thanks, #Willowraven!)
The book will be
published by Viking Children's, and currently there is no set
pub date.
Never say, «When the book is
published, I will start blogging, Tweeting or design a website...» You need to start building your community months or even a year before your book's
pub date.
** since this post was
published, we learned that the
pub date has changed.
But you can't see eBook prices in the catalog; maybe Amazon
Publishing doesn't need to commit to that important price information until closer to
pub dates.
Tammara Webber's Easy (1,500 reviews), originally
published May 25, 2012 [4] and Jamie McGuire's Beautiful Disaster (3900 reviews) I couldn't find the original
pub date on that one, but it was in the same general time frame.
Whether you're completely new to the
publishing process or an old pro, it can be helpful to have a to - do list to guide your self -
publishing project to completion, to ensure you don't miss any important steps, and also to help you plan well enough to hit your target
pub date.

published, other review sources such as blogs tend to be less concerned with the
pub date.
