The combination of gluten free chickpea flour,
along with fresh ground peanut butter and sweetened with
pure maple syrup and a banana is one of my favorite breakfast.
Place the soaked and drained cashews into a high speed blender (e.g. Vitamix / Blendtec)
along with the coconut milk,

pure, and unrefined sweeteners including
pure organic
maple syrup and unsweetened applesauce
along with a natural egg replacement.
I kept the sugar content lower by using a few drops of liquid stevia as the sweetener,
along with a drizzle of
pure maple syrup.
