I would recommend using 1 +1 / 4 cups of
pumpkin instead of 3/4 cup, and
adding 1 - 2 tsp of cinnamon (to taste), 1/16 tsp salt, and ~ 1/2 -1 tsp of stevia extract or ~ 1/3 cup of
pure maple syrup (again, to taste).
