There are definitely some top tier Pro Bowl level players that could be

QBs likely being drafted in the first 5 picks, there's going to be several very highly rated non-QB that will be
available in picks 6 thru 10.
There are plenty of options
available this year at
QB, so my guess is they take one to sit behind Keenum for a few seasons.

QB and there was not one
available last year or this year that could take this team from the 7 wins we had to 10 wins you are suggesting.
There are multiple better rated players than the

available (Barkley or Nelson) or a trade down if a good offer comes over the

QB, and then takes Barkley over the linemen that are

If there's a run on
QB's + a run on RBS, for example, there could well be a «top 10 talent» (or three)

If we go down to say # 5, chances are someone like Allen, Solomon Thomas or one of the Ohio State DBs will still be
available, and we will have ammunition galore to trade up and get a franchise
QB next year.
As someone pointed out above, sure fire
QB's like Luck and Winston are not
